By browsing content-amberhub.click or submitting an enquiry form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Training places are subject to a separate confirmation email once fees and dates are agreed.

All materials and sessions are for education and skill practice only. Nothing on this site or in our rooms is investment, trading, or financial advice. Markets involve risk of loss. Past examples used in teaching do not predict future results.
Intellectual property
Course packs, worksheets, curriculum outlines, and site copy remain the property of AmberHub Academy or its licensors. You may keep materials issued to you for personal study. You may not copy, resell, record, or publish them without written consent.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the contact form requests information; it does not create a binding booking until we confirm in writing and any required deposit is received under the terms stated in that confirmation.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in England and Wales, AmberHub Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from trading decisions you make after training. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
