Refunds & rescheduling
Eligibility, timeframes, and process for deposits, workshops, clinics, and practice blocks.
This policy applies to educational places with AmberHub Academy (workshops, Chart Reading Clinics, and Practice Circle blocks). We do not sell physical goods or subscription software on this site.

Full vs partial refunds
Full refunds apply when we cancel a date, when you cancel within the generous windows above, or when an enquiry payment was taken in error. Partial refunds apply when a deposit is retained or when a block has partly run. Printed chart packs already posted are non-refundable once dispatched.
Work already started
Once a workshop day has begun, or a clinic session has started, fees for that session are non-refundable. If technical failure on our side interrupts a remote clinic, we offer a replacement slot at no charge.
Deposits
Workshop deposits (£80) secure your place. They are refundable only under the 14+ day rule or if we cancel. Deposits transfer once to another published date if you request the change 7+ days ahead and space exists.
No-shows
Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation. Practice Circle missed weeks are not individually refunded; one catch-up review in a later block may be offered if capacity allows.
How to request a refund
Email hello@content-amberhub.click with your name, offering, date, and reason. You may also call +44 20 0000 3290. We confirm the decision in writing within five working days.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within ten working days of approval. Bank timelines may add a few days. We do not issue cash at the office.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed per workshop place if requested 7+ days ahead. Clinics allow one reschedule with 48+ hours’ notice. Further changes may be treated as a new booking.
Exceptions
If illness or bereavement prevents attendance, contact us as soon as practicable; we consider credits case by case with reasonable evidence. Statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected where they apply.
