We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last message unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations where available.
