A Sunday review that takes twenty minutes

Long reviews die. Keep Sunday to twenty minutes and a single page:

1. Paste last week’s planned zones — no editing allowed yet.
2. Mark what price did at each zone with one word: rejected, accepted, ignored, or unclear.
3. Retire or resize only after the label is written. If a zone was ignored twice, remove it unless a higher-timeframe structure still argues for it.
4. Write one sentence on the habit that interfered (moving invalidation, adding “just one more” line, skipping the open).

Practice Circle members photograph this page before the call. The photo matters more than eloquence. If you miss a Sunday, do not double the next one — resume the same twenty minutes. Consistency beats heroic catch-up sessions that invent a cleaner history than you lived.
